Global Impact logo

The College of Human Medicine is making a significant investment to advance Women and Infant Health Precision Medicine. MSU has a growing cohort of well-funded, highly interactive faculty involved in Women’s Health Research and Reproductive and Developmental Biology on both the East Lansing and Grand Rapids campuses. We currently seek up to two candidates with active extramurally funded clinical and transnational research programs for tenure-track positions at the Associate and Full Professor levels. Candidates with expertise ranging from molecular and cellular assessment of placental & fetal function, maternal and infant health, or outcomes research related to pregnancy and early development, or long-term implication(s)of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are encouraged to apply. We are also seeking candidates that would enhance the programmatic initiatives by developing innovative knowledge networks through “big data” analysis that would unify this initiative. Joint appointments with our clinical partners are possible for those with clinical duties.

Successful candidates will be expected to maintain a vigorous, nationally recognized basic, translational or clinical research program, to participate in the dynamic programs in women’s health research and reproductive and developmental biology (http://obgyn.msu.edu/index.php)(http://rdsp.canr.msu.edu/), and to contribute to professional, graduate, and/or undergraduate education. Appointments could be on either the East Lansing or Grand Rapids campus, depending on research interests and expertise, and will be either for annual or academic years. Generous start-up funds will be provided and salary is negotiable.
