MSU St. Andrews will host a special event for Midland area educators on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this grant opportunities presentation is to discuss how individual teachers or schools can successfully find, apply for, and secure business and philanthropic funding for education projects. The presentation will first give an overview of various less-well known entities that fund school-based STEM projects in the Midland and surrounding geographical area, including their funding requirements, eligibility restrictions, and upcoming deadlines. The second part of the seminar will discuss tips for putting together a successful grant application package.
