MSU Researchers Help in the Fight Against Breast Cancer
According to BreastCancer.org, about 1 in 8 U.S. women (about 12 percent) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. Michigan State University researchers are working every day to make October – National Breast Cancer Awareness Month – a reason for hope. From molecular biology and medicine, to nursing and communication, MSU scientists continue to make progress in the fight to keep women healthy. Here are a few of their success stories.
