Lauren Aerni-Flessner recently joined the Office of Research and Innovation's grant editing and proposal services team. Lauren was previously with the College of Engineering, where she supported faculty in developing competitive grant proposals to federal funding agencies. Prior to working with the College of Engineering, she worked in the Office of Research Facilitation and Dissemination at MSU, where she was responsible for providing services including grant editing and workshops. Lauren received her MBA from the University of Michigan and her PhD in molecular cell biology from Washington University in Saint Louis.
