The Office of Research and Innovation and most of its units will be observing the university winter break starting on December 25, 2023, through January 2, 2023. Please note that these modified hours will not apply to certain essential units.

Winter Break Modified Hours Information:

• The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Contract and Grant Administration (CGA), and Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) will be observing MSU’s 2023 winter break from Monday, December 25, 2023 through Tuesday, January 2, 2024. OSP/CGA/SPA staff will not be working during this time and actions requiring their involvement (e.g. proposals, RPPRS, etc.) must be submitted to the appropriate office by 8:00 AM on December 22nd.
• ORRS units will be working off hours support and will be monitoring after hours phone lines or emails intermittently for reports of unanticipated problems or risk to subject welfare. In the event of an emergency please call 9-1-1.
