We are on a fast train to the end of the semester, and people are burnt out! So, rather than create new programming – we'll save that for next fall – we would like to build on recent conversations from our More Perspectives, More Power event and support folks who are working to pivot or re-invigorate values-forward collaborative work during. We would also like to support folks who are thinking that part of their values-forward work may include a CIRCLE seed grant proposal.
In light of all of this, our April 11 event has changed again:
- We will go ahead with the April 11 write-in to continue to foster community and CIRCLE fellowship. This will also be an opportunity for Seed Grant co-working.
- We will gather in Wells Hall, room B342, from 10 am to 1pm, as originally planned.
- We’ll provide brunch! Likely from Big Apple Bagels.
- If you’ve registered for either the write-in or the workshop that day, there’s no need to register again, but if you haven’t yet, please do register here (just so we know how much food to get and what dietary restrictions and other needs we can accommodate).
- Because we see this as an opportunity for individuals to write on their own and as a space for seed grant proposal co-writing
- The space may not be as quiet as usual, so folks may want to bring headphones.
- We have moved the Seed Grant proposal deadline to April 15 (the website will reflect this soon).
We’ll also host CIRCLE office hours from 1 - 2 pm in the same space, especially for folks with questions about the seed grants.
