Figures Matter: How to use Design Concepts to Elevate your Grant Proposal

April 12, 2024
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Virtual via Zoom

Figures can tell a compelling story, yet researchers often overlook their full potential. In this webinar, you will learn about the important role figures play in grant proposals and how to use them to your advantage. We will look at basic design principles, best practices, accessibility, and the significance of your ‘Figure 1.’ By comparing real world examples before and after applying design principles, you will learn how to build better figures that convey key information in clear, concise, and eye-catching ways. This workshop is led by Mollie Newman.
