Go with the Flow: Public Health Wastewater Monitoring in Michigan

The Go with the Flow Conference is designed to bring together a variety of stakeholders involved in public health wastewater monitoring in Michigan for collaboration and networking. The conference will share examples and best practices of wastewater-based epidemiology, discuss advances in the laboratory testing and application of wastewater data, and highlight community connections and relationships necessary for successful monitoring efforts. There will be time dedicated to troubleshoot current challenges and brainstorm what's next for the field. 

Invited speakers include:

  • Dr. Gertjan Medema, Principal Microbiologist, KWR, Netherlands
  • Anna Mehrotra, Director for the Water Environment Federation’s Wastewater Surveillance Program
  • John Person, CDC
