PPMS (Stratocore’s Platform for Research Core Management) is Michigan State University’s online system for managing access to shared research Core Facilities, instrumentation, training, and services. Researchers and external collaborators can use PPMS to book shared research services, reserve equipment, and request training.

MSU PPMS Login Portal

Access the main MSU Stratocore PPMS system directly through the centralized login gateway. This portal allows registered MSU faculty, staff, and students to log in securely using their standard NetID credentials, while providing external partners with a dedicated entry point to access the system using their approved PPMS credentials.

Accessing the MSU Stratocore PPMS System

New users can set up their accounts and request facility access directly through the platform. Internal MSU researchers, staff, and students can register instantly by signing in with their MSU NetID and selecting their specific lab group, while external collaborators can submit a brief account creation request through the portal to receive setup instructions from core facility staff.
