The Office of Research and Innovation is pleased to announce an update of the policies and processes for uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) and uncrewed submersible vehicle (USV) use at Michigan State University. The updated policy and related documents are located at the new MSU Drones website. The site will continue to evolve over time as we add more information and resources. 

We call your attention to one important feature of the website, the operations plan template.  This template was developed to clarify expectations for operations plans and to facilitate timely review and response to your operations plans. Please use this form when submitting flight operations plans.
