The free public events will take place on the last Saturday of the month during the spring semester. Doors open at 10 a.m. for public viewing of the FRIB art gallery. In 2017, the MacArthur Foundation challenged the world to dream big, announcing a global competition, 100&Change, to solve a critical problem affecting people, places, or the planet. The 2019 request for proposal is expected to be announced soon. This meeting will be the first in a series to discuss a proposal submission from MSU.

This symposium is aimed at an audience from undergraduate students to professionals in the fields of genomics and cancer. It will be an excellent opportunity for academics and potential industrial partners to have open discussions about opportunities in the field of oncogenomics and to connect these investigators to our clinical partners.
